IMPORTANT INFORMATION

- Please bring warm clothing and wet weather gear in case of rain. We'll be out there shooting, rain or shine.

- Expect to do a minimum of 5 miles walking a day.

-Consult medical physician prior attendance to discuss any health concerns.

- Locations are subject change.

- Please bring spare batteries and avoid looking at the back of your camera screen when we are shooting to save battery and also so you are aware of your surroundings.

- The cost of this workshop is for tuition only. The course does not cover flights, accommodation, travel insurance, meals or any other travel around New York City.

- It is advised to pre-purchase an international data plan for cellular services. Mobile Wi-Fi, or prepaid SIM cards (for unlocked cellular devices) may be rented at airports (contact airport for more information).

- Due to demand, refunds are only given up to 30 days prior to start of course.

- Camera insurance is highly advised in case of loss or theft

- Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings during the course.

- You are responsible for your own safety and personal belongings whilst on the workshop.

- Please note that if you have a Leica M camera it's strongly advised you do not use this in the rain. The cameras have no weather sealing. Please make sure you have either something else that can be used or if not we will adjust the days photography to interior locations.

Laptops Will be needed for this.

Please bring with you in your bags on morning session. We will take your laptops to edit location so they will be there ready for you.

We will all walk together from shooting to edit location.

Biography
Phil Penman

UK-born, NY-based photographer Phil Penman has documented the rapid flux of New York City's streets for over 25 years. With clients ranging from People Magazine to The Daily Telegraph, he has photographed celebrated living legends, including Jennifer Lopez and Bill Gates, and captured historical moments such as the September 11th Terrorist Attacks. Penman's distinctive style, versatility, and dedication to his craft has won him prestigious awards and exhibitions, including the Leica Fotografie international Picture Prize and distinction as one of the "52 Most Influential Street Photographers" alongside industry legends, Henri Cartier-Bresson and Sebastião Salgado
